SEQUENCE OF EVENTS1·Andy Nguyen was supercharging head-in at Wawa, 200 Harrison Ave, Kearny NJ. The Torrissi driver (Truck #3009) had placed three traffic cones in the active travel lane. On departure, Andy Nguyen reversed using Tesla Full Self-Driving and made contact with one of those cones. Andy Nguyen stopped immediately upon contact and made no attempt to leave the area.2·Andy Nguyen moved forward to clear the cone. The Torrissi driver then approached Andy Nguyen's vehicle and began verbally berating him in an aggressive and threatening manner — unprovoked beyond the initial accidental contact.3·While attempting to maneuver clear under active, sustained verbal confrontation initiated by the driver, Andy Nguyen's vehicle made contact with a second cone. The Torrissi driver then deliberately picked up the first cone and, without provocation, swung it at Andy Nguyen's vehicle — striking the driver-side door and window. This deliberate act caused PROPERTY DAMAGE: visible impact marks on the door panel and glass.4·Andy Nguyen pulled forward to exit the area. The Torrissi driver then ran in front of the moving vehicle into an active parking lot travel lane — obstructing Andy Nguyen's path and creating a hazard — to photograph the license plate.
